Dear Henry Family,
As our nation works to combat COVID-19, we would like to update the Henry Family on how we are handling the situation to protect the health and well-being of our employees and their families.
We want to assure the Henry Family that we are taking important steps in keeping our employees safe while supporting our customers. Our Bayonne, NJ location is situated in a densely populated area where the spread of COVID-19 is a concern. As a result, we are temporarily closing our Warranty Repair department and the Henry Pride store office. We have also asked our Customer Service department to work from home where they will continue to provide the best service possible.
For the best service during this challenging time, we ask that you please use the contact form on our website. This will guarantee that our customer service staff will receive your message as they work remotely. If you call our Customer Service number, a non-Henry support agent will take your message and forward it to our customer service staff for follow-up. You must provide an email address when leaving a phone message with the agent.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. From all of us at Henry, our thoughts are with those who have been affected by COVID-19. The Henry Family is in this together, and as Americans, we will all rise to the occasion.
