The American Beauty .22 S/L/LR
Who says diamonds are a girl’s best friend?
American women are all different. Some like to cook or garden or make crafts. Some run marathons, some run companies. Some climb mountains, some climb ladders. What makes them the same is their feminine spirit, one that is beautiful inside and out. We’re proud to have captured that spirit in the Henry American Beauty Rifle. Although named after the iconic American Beauty Rose, there’s nothing pink about this rifle. It just happens to be as pleasant to look at as it is to shoot.
We designed this rifle with the highest attention to detail and beauty. The main panel features an American Beauty Rose embellished with a floral scroll pattern. Beneath the rose is the banner AMERICAN BEAUTY. Hand-cut by master engraver Heidi Roos, the rose and other elements are mechanically transferred onto the nickel plated receiver cover using a hand cut master. This meticulous process helps retain the bright cuts of the original art, which is then further enhanced with 14K rose gold plating so the petals look like they’re in bloom.
Like all rifles in our award-winning Golden Boy family it features a beautiful American walnut stock, fully adjustable rear sight, beaded front sight octagonal barrel, and the smooth action Henrys are known for. The buttplate and barrel band are silver. It’s drilled and tapped for easy scope mounting. Offered in caliber .22 S/L/LR, capacity is 15 rounds of 22 Long Rifle and as much as 21 rounds of 22 Short.
A Henry Customer and a True American Beauty
Linda loves her new Henry American Beauty.
Thank you for securing #777. Lucky, lucky, lucky…
I hope you enjoyed your Christmas Eve and day,
Good morning Sir, I wish to formally let you know that my American Beauty has finally hit my Australian shores after four months. As impatient as I was, she truly was worth the wait. What a magnificent piece of stunning craftsmanship, I’m proud to stand her next to my Golden Boy. I thank you for your involvement along with Marilyn and Chuck Yurchick in getting her to me. I will continue to promote and sing the praise of Henry rifles here in Australia.
Cheers… Marion Barnes JP
I have to share this story with you.
As you know I live in NY and decided to purchase the “American Beauty” from a dealer in Vermont I know. So I had it ordered and drove over this morning to pick it up.
What a beautiful gun. (which I knew it would be). As you also know I was getting it for my wife as a 35th anniversary gift.
So I am looking it over and notice the serial #AB 03500. Now what is the chances of that! I think the good Lord may have had a part in that one! Thought you’d get a kick out of it…

My husband surprised me with The American Beauty for our 41st. anniversary, BEST GIFT EVER! Just love it. Little Nana.
I got your e-mail about the Henry American Beauty Rose rifle. You are too late. I already got my wife one for Christmas and she loves it. That makes her about 4 or 5 Henrys for her collection.
You have wonderful guns.Johhny-and-Teresa-Chalk
Sande with American Beauty for 67th.
I just brought home a new Fortress safe as my Heritage finally got filled up. I took a before and an after picture and thought you might get a kick out of my take on how to best christen a new gun safe (other than putting a new Henry in it of course). The pics are attached.
Also, I have a question about custom engraving. My wife and I bought a pair of American Rose rifles, one for each daughter. The plan was to have them engraved with their first initial and last names. With the intent to preserve their last names as they will likely be taking on new names when they marry. Since our purchase, we have been unable to find anyone that can engrave them for us. Does Henry offer this type of service? Or do you have anyone you work with that is your preferred vendor?
Thank you so much for your time and making such great products. I already own 4 Henry’s and have another 12 or so on my short-term bucket list. My life goal is to get a Golden Boy or Big Boy in brass for each caliber you make, and then on to the big bore rifles in brass, and then depending on how long I make it, I’d like to move to the nickel series.
I wanted to write you for a couple of reasons. The first is to tell you how much all of us at The Well Armed Woman Shooting Chapters appreciate your generous donation of the American Beauty Rifle to our 2015 National Leader Conference. I have attached a copy of our founder Carrie Lightfoot presenting it to the winner. We work so hard to make the leaders who are out there on the ground educating, equipping, and empowering women know how much we appreciate them. Generous donations like this help us to do that. All of these women are out there volunteering their time and they do it with such pride and passion it is heartwarming. Thank you for helping us to support them and continue on our mission to educate more women in the world of firearms.
The second reason I am writing is another type of thank you. One that comes from a Veteran’s wife, a Firefighter/Paramedics wife and a youth shooting club organizer. Recently my husband and I ordered your catalog. My daughter has her eyes set on the Henry Mini Bolt .22 in Muddy Girl Camo. When I opened the catalog I came across the insert with all of giving you have done and it hit me. I have always been a huge fan of Henry Repeating Arms, but I gained so much more from reading this. Your giving to Veteran’s, First Responders and youth organizations is incredible and I just want to say a heart felt thank you! Veterans and first responders are truly hero’s everyday. With the youth organizations out there getting kids involved it ensures a strong future for our 2nd amendment rights.
Once again a huge thank you to you and Henry Repeating Arms. I sincerely hope that we will be able to work with you again soon.
