Henry Repeating Arms is introducing a members-only rifle for Single Action Shooting Society® members and donating a portion of every sale back to SASS in support of its mission to promote Cowboy Action Shooting™.
RICE LAKE, Wis., May 1, 2024 – Henry is partnering with the Single Action Shooting Society® (SASS®) to offer its competitors an engraved rifle with a custom serial number matching their SASS member number. To continue the Single Action Shooting Society’s mission of preserving and promoting the sport of Cowboy Action Shooting™, Henry Repeating Arms is donating a portion of the proceeds from every sale to SASS.

The rifle is an embellished version of Henry’s Big Boy Brass rifle chambered in .357 Magnum and .38 Special, which SASS approves for competition. The engraved hardened brass receiver takes center stage, adorned with period-correct scrollwork and SASS imagery, including the iconic cowboy logo on the left side. The genuine American walnut buttstock features a matching polished brass buttplate, while a brass barrel band securely fastens the walnut forearm to the 20” blued steel octagon barrel. The iron sights consist of a fully adjustable semi-buckhorn sight in the rear and a brass bead front sight. The removable tube magazine accommodates up to 10 rounds of .357 Magnum or .38 Special, and a side loading gate in the receiver enables quick top-offs.

The set’s inclusion as the flagship of this year’s fundraising package marks the first time Henry Repeating Arms has offered a two-gun rifle and revolver set to the public, and it’s only available at in-person Friends of NRA events.
Friends of NRA is a 100% volunteer-driven fundraising organization benefiting The NRA Foundation, whose funding supports programs and activities that promote safe and responsible firearms ownership.

NEW YORK, N.Y., Nov. 10, 2023 – As a salute to America’s military before Veteran’s Day, Henry Repeating Arms’ Founder and CEO, Anthony Imperato made a $25,000 donation to the Bob Woodruff Foundation at their star-studded Stand Up For Heroes benefit. The Bob Woodruff Foundation (BWF) is a leader in securing stable and successful futures for veterans, service members, and their families. Their event, held at the Lincoln Center in New York, raised a total of $14 million.
The donation, a part of Henry’s Guns for Great Causes charitable program, brings the total donated to military causes and suporting organizations up to $400,000 since 2022.

NEW YORK, N.Y., Oct. 26, 2023 – During a National First Responders Day ceremony in Times Square, Anthony Imperato, Founder and CEO of Henry Repeating Arms, showed his company’s continued support for families of first responders with a $25,000 donation to the First Responders Children’s Foundation. This follows a $50,000 donation made in December 2022 as part of the firearm manufacturer’s Guns for Great Causes charitable program, which raised over $1 million last year for a variety of organizations in celebration of the company’s twenty-fifth anniversary.
The First Responders Children’s Foundation was founded in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks when 800 children lost a first responder parent in the line of duty. Today, the nationally acclaimed organization provides financial and community support to the children and families of fallen first responders.
“Our mission with Guns for Great Causes and the mission of the First Responders Children’s Foundation go hand-in-hand, and it’s all about the kids,” said Imperato. “These children have parents that dedicate their lives to saving others day in and day out. Not coming home at the end of a shift is unimaginable, especially from the child’s point of view, and I am grateful to be able to lend our continued support to this organization that leads the way in helping to heal those wounds.”

RICE LAKE, Wis, Sept. 28, 2023 – Henry is proud to announce its latest Guns for Great Causes campaign with the donation of fifty limited-edition “Team Kaia” rifles. The rifles are available online, and all proceeds will be presented to the family of 8-year-old Kaia Lauro to provide direct financial relief for mounting medical expenses.
Kaia was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma in 2019, a rare childhood cancer that formed in her adrenal gland and later spread to her bone and bone marrow. Treatment started immediately following her diagnosis with a grueling 8-hour surgery. Since diagnosis, Kaia has undergone countless chemotherapy treatments, painful immunotherapy sessions, Metaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) radiation, focused radiation, stem cell infusions, and blood transfusions.
Mariann Tepedino, a friend of the Lauro family and advocate for Kaia, brought the child’s story to the attention of Anthony Imperato, Founder & CEO of Henry Repeating Arms, who immediately got the campaign in motion.

Hosted by trick shooter and brand ambassador Dave Nash, better known as 22Plinkster, the video extolls the benefits of being involved in these sports when introduced properly, lists many of the nation’s most impactful safety and educational programs, and reviews the line of youth model rifles and shotguns offered by Henry Repeating Arms.

Gunmaker’s charitable branch, Guns for Great Causes, aims to give back and balance the narrative about firearm manufacturers

– Last year, Henry Founder & CEO Anthony Imperato pledged to donate $1 million through its Guns for Great Causes charitable arm to celebrate the company’s twenty-fifth year in business. Today, Henry Repeating Arms, one of the country’s leading firearms manufacturers and a world leader in the lever action category, is proud to announce its fully honored pledge, with over 30 different organizations receiving donations totaling $1,037,500 since June 2022.
“I am most proud of being able to look back on the last twenty-five years of business and say with conviction that we were able to make a positive difference in the lives of others,” Imperato said. “More often than not, our industry is vilified and left with a perpetual black eye by the media. We, however, are determined to continue leading the charge in counteracting that narrative by showing how much positive impact we have as responsible corporate citizens.”
The primary focus of the company’s Guns for Great Causes initiative is pediatric cancer care, which it addressed with over $200,000 in donations. In addition, Henry Repeating Arms manages an ongoing program to provide financial relief to individual families of sick children going through treatments by creating, donating, and selling limited edition runs of custom engraved rifles and presenting the family with 100% of the sales. This program recently raised over $40,000 for the family of 14-year-old Jack Troxel of Vancouver, Washington, who was diagnosed with brain cancer.
Military veteran organizations received a total of $375,000 from the silver anniversary campaign, including the nation’s largest, like the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, and those specifically providing aid to the wounded and families of the fallen, like Disabled American Veterans, Building Homes for Heroes, and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. In addition, charities benefiting law enforcement, first responders, and their families received $225,000, including the Border Patrol Foundation, National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, and the First Responder’s Children’s Foundation.
Henry Repeating Arms also continued its support for some of the country’s most impactful wildlife and habitat conservation groups like the National Wild Turkey Federation, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, and Quail Forever with a total of $100,000 to assist with their efforts in conserving land and preserving access for future generations of hunters to enjoy. Second Amendment rights advocacy groups, those working to preserve and promote America’s shooting sports heritage, and programs responsible for teaching firearm safety and responsible ownership received a total of $130,000.
