RICE LAKE, Wis., January 2, 2025 – Henry is ushering in a new era with the launch of the Lever Action Supreme Rifle (LASR). This groundbreaking firearm sets new standards for quality, performance, and precision for the time-honored platform. Available in .223 Rem/5.56 NATO and .300 Blackout, the LASR represents the culmination of over 150 years of lever-action evolution and Henry’s exploration of cutting-edge manufacturing technology and techniques.

“The Lever Action Supreme Rifle is a testament to our commitment to innovation and pushing boundaries while preserving the soul of the platform that brought us to the dance,” said Andy Wickstrom, President of Henry Repeating Arms. “With several patent-pending advancements on board, we’ve created a rifle that propels the lever action into the future.”

Key features include:

  • Supremely Accurate: The free-floated blued steel barrel is fully capable of sub-MOA accuracy with the right conditions and cartridge selection, and configurations are optimized for each caliber: an 18” barrel for the .223 Rem/5.56 NATO and a 16.5” barrel for the .300 BLK.
  • Supremely Smooth: The quad bar linkage and slider crank mechanism at the heart of the action sets a new standard for out-of-the-box lever-action smoothness.
  • Supremely Adaptable: A match-grade 4-pound adjustable trigger, a patent-pending windage and elevation adjustable trapezoidal rear sight, and ambidextrous controls ensure maximum control and comfort.
  • Supremely Built: Crafted in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, with premium materials, including genuine American Walnut stocks and aerospace-grade aluminum receivers using the latest manufacturing technology.

At its core, the Supreme boasts a quad-bar linkage and slider crank mechanism to drive the bolt and cycle rounds from the detachable box magazine. An internal hammer design keeps out dust, dirt, and debris to maintain reliability in harsh conditions. The six-lug rotating bolt face provides positive lockup and, paired with the blued steel free-floated barrel, exceptional accuracy. Out of the box, the Supreme ships with a 10-round Magpul® PMAG® and a 5-round capacity limiter for compliance with hunting regulations. Using a box magazine eliminates the bullet restrictions inherent to traditional tube magazines, so over time, the platform will yield additional calibers never seen before in the lever-action category.

“The lever-action platform remains as relevant and revered as ever,” added Wickstrom. “We’re thrilled to lead this new chapter in its history.”

RICE LAKE, Wis., October 24, 2024 – Henry is auctioning a one-of-one New Original Henry Rifle to benefit the Bob Woodruff Foundation and their 18th annual Stand Up for Heroes event. The online auction, hosted on Gunbroker.com, ends on November 6 at 9:00 PM EST. Through its Guns for Great Causes charitable branch, Henry Repeating Arms is donating all proceeds from the auction to the Bob Woodruff Foundation in full support of its mission to ensure that America’s veterans, service members, and their families – those who stood for us – have stable and successful futures.

The New Original Henry Rifle is a line-for-line reproduction of the first practical repeating rifle patented by Benjamin Tyler Henry in 1860, except using the more modern .44-40 WCF caliber, and the foundation for the unique Stand Up for Heroes edition bearing serial number SUFH2024. The brass receiver engraving proudly displays the Stand Up for Heroes logo on the right side and 19th-century military items, including cannons, sabers, flags, drums, and a bugle, arranged in a patriotic abstract representation of a bald eagle taking flight on the left side. Flourishing scrollwork, stippling, and a scalloped border motif further embellish both sides of the receiver. Skilled artisans chase the engravings by hand to provide vibrant, sharp cuts. The buttstock is crafted from a single piece of Exhibition-grade American walnut and capped with a brass crescent buttplate that includes the period-correct trapdoor once used by soldiers for cleaning rod storage. A 24.5” blued steel octagon barrel fitted with an adjustable ladder sight and a brass blade front sight sits atop an integrated 13-round tube magazine.

The auction listing also includes a hand-built American walnut tabletop display case, providing the perfect way for the high-bidder to display their new rifle.

RICE LAKE, Wis., July 25, 2024 – Henry announced today the release of a limited-edition series of fifty “Team Baylee” lever-action rifles to raise funds for the family of 10-year-old Baylee Rish of Wewahitchka, Florida. Baylee Rish was diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia in 2022 and is the latest beneficiary of Henry Repeating Arms’ Guns For Great Causes charitable endeavors.

In December 2022, Baylee was diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), a rare and aggressive form of blood and bone marrow cancer. Treatment is intense, with some weeks consisting of up to four consecutive days of chemotherapy treatment, spinal tap chemo injections, and spinal bone marrow sampling, and there is still more to come as her course of treatment runs through March 2025.

Available exclusively through Henry Repeating Arms’ website, all proceeds from the “Team Baylee” rifle sales will be given to the Rish family to help offset mounting insurance copays and the out-of-pocket expenses associated with traveling 2.5 hours each way for treatment. Additionally, the first and last rifles in the collection, serial numbers TEAMBAYLEE01 and TEAMBAYLEE50, are up for auction to allow collectors the chance to enhance the fundraising effort. Total proceeds should exceed $40,000.

“There are few things in this world more unfair than a childhood cancer diagnosis,” said Anthony Imperato, Founder and CEO of Henry Repeating Arms. “To endure what these kids go through during treatment and still be able to crack a smile that lights up the room is nothing short of awe-inspiring. The opportunity to help these families is a part of our business that I deeply cherish, and I’m sending a big hug to Baylee and her family.”

The Henry “Team Baylee” limited-edition rifle is built on the award-winning Golden Boy Silver .22 S/L/LR with features including a nickel-plated receiver cover, barrel band, and buttplate, a 20” polished blued steel octagon barrel, and genuine American walnut furniture embellished with playful artwork inspired by Baylee’s life. Her love of animals and her desire to be a dolphin trainer when she grows up takes center stage with a bottlenose dolphin diving out of a wave and over the words “Team Baylee.” A paintbrush adds a streak of purple, which complements the vibrant marine blues and represents Baylee’s love for drawing and painting. Baron Engraving of Trumbull, Connecticut, donated their services for the artwork design, engraving, and hand painting.

“Our family would like to thank the team at Henry sincerely. Your kindness and generosity are unbelievable and have brought us to tears many times throughout the process,” said Blake Rish, Baylee’s father. “To all of the amazing people buying and bidding on these rifles, I truly hope we cross paths one day so we can personally hug your neck and say thank you.”

Gen. Patrick Brady, America’s most decorated living veteran.

As the highlight of the patriotic event, the presentation celebrated the extraordinary service and courage of Texas native General Patrick Brady, one of only two living veterans to hold both the Medal of Honor and the Distinguished Service Cross, the nation’s highest and second-highest military awards. The event underscored Henry Repeating Arms’ commitment to honoring American heroes and celebrating their legacy.
