At the 10th Annual Honoree Gala hosted by Building Homes For Heroes, Henry Repeating Arms Founder and CEO Anthony Imperato presented a check for $50,000 to aid the organization’s mission of bringing renewed hope to America’s injured veterans. The organization builds or modifies homes, and gifts them, mortgage-free, to injured veterans and their families, while providing support services to further enhance their potential and quality of life.
Andy Pujol, Founder and CEO of Building Homes For Heroes, started the organization in the wake of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. He vowed to help the brave men and women who fought to defend our freedom after witnessing the horrors around him while volunteering in the search and rescue efforts in New York City.
By the end of 2022, the organization will have gifted more than 300 homes to our nation’s injured veterans.
Building Homes For Heroes boasts a Four Star rating from Charity Navigator and a Platinum level for financial transparency from Candid, so you can give with confidence. To show your support, you can make a donation here.
