By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the
decisions of Henry Repeating Arms, which are final and binding in all matters
relating to this giveaway.
1. SPONSOR
The "The Most Accurate Lever-Action Ever Built" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is
sponsored by Henry Repeating Arms, 107 W. Coleman Street, Rice Lake, WI 54868
(the "Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and
the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the
time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies,
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their
immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective
spouses) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
Each entrant is solely responsible for ensuring that he or she is legally
permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and own the firearm offered as the
prize under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Entrants who are
prohibited by law from purchasing, receiving, possessing, or owning a firearm
are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is void in any jurisdiction where the offer, transfer, or receipt
of the prize is prohibited or restricted by law, and where otherwise prohibited.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on August 1, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026 (the "Entry
Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on
December 31, 2026. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device
for the Giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit HenryUSA.com/accurate1 during the Entry Period and completely
fill out and submit the online entry form, including all required information. A
valid email address is required to enter. Entries submitted without an email
address will not be accepted, and entries submitted by mail will not be accepted.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be added to the Henry Repeating Arms email
communications list and to receive marketing and promotional emails from the
Sponsor. Entrants may unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the
unsubscribe link included in any email, but unsubscribing does not withdraw a
valid entry that has already been submitted.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry
Period. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, and
entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not comply with these
Official Rules, are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and
will not be returned or acknowledged except as described in these Official
Rules.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Henry H23 SPD Predator rifle chambered in
.223 Rem / 5.56 NATO. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is
$2,510 (USD).
Only one (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable, and no
substitution, assignment, or cash equivalent is permitted, except that the
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of
equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any
reason. All details and elements of the prize not expressly stated in these
Official Rules are determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received
during the Entry Period.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries
received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about
January 3, 2027 by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions
are final and binding.
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at
the time of entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7)
days of the first notification attempt, fails to respond, is found to be
ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize,
the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a
subsequent random drawing.
The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit
of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release
before the prize is awarded.
8. FIREARM TRANSFER AND FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEE (FFL) REQUIREMENTS
The prize is a firearm and will be transferred only in full compliance with all
applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The Sponsor will ship the rifle to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) of the
winner's choice. The winner is responsible for selecting an FFL that is willing
and able to receive the transfer and for providing the Sponsor with that
dealer's information in a timely manner.
The winner must complete all required documentation and pass any background
check required by law before taking possession of the firearm. If the winner is
unable or unwilling to complete the transfer for any reason, including failure
to pass a required background check or the inability to legally receive or own
the firearm, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be
selected.
The Sponsor is NOT responsible for the transfer fee or any other fees charged by
the receiving dealer to the winner. All such fees are the sole responsibility of
the winner.
9. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated
with the acceptance and use of the prize not expressly stated as being provided
by the Sponsor, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by
law, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner reflecting the value
of the prize, and the winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security
number or taxpayer identification number for tax reporting purposes.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or
modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or any
other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or
proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of
the Giveaway, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting
in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to
deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a
violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the
Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest
extent permitted by law.
11. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its
parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional
agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the
"Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liability, injury,
loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or
the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate
information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the
equipment or programming associated with the Giveaway; (b) technical failures of
any kind; (c) any failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer or network
transmissions; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the
Sponsor that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted; or (e) any injury or damage
to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or
in part, from the entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt, possession,
or use of the prize.
12. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes each
winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, voice,
biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional
purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in
perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
13. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy,
available at HenryUSA.com. By entering, entrants consent to the collection and
use of their personal information as described in that Privacy Policy.
14. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims,
and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize
awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and
obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to any
conflict of law principles. All entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction
and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin for any such
dispute.
15. WINNER'S LIST
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

received within ninety (90) days after the drawing date.
16. NO AFFILIATION
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated
with any social media platform or third-party service through which an entrant
may have learned of the Giveaway.
