1. Sponsor
The SPD PREDATOR Rifle Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Henry Repeating Arms, 107 W Coleman Street, Rice Lake, Wisconsin, 54868, USA (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, independent contractors, interns, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, along with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
4. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside this period are void.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of multiple identities, email addresses, or automated systems to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent are void.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,510 USD
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and legal compliance. Receipt of prize is contingent upon winner being legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under all applicable laws.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes where permitted by law.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected by random drawing on or about January 1, 2027. Winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or fails to respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. Firearm Transfer Requirements
The firearm will be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) designated by Sponsor. Winner must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including successful completion of any required background checks. Failure to satisfy legal requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
12. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Wisconsin on an individual basis. Entrants waive any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
