Spirit of the Corps
250thAnniversary Tribute Editions

.22 S/L/LR, .45-70 Gov’t

Saluting 250 Years of Fighting Spirit and Valor

For 250 years, America’s expeditionary warriors have answered the call of duty across the globe, standing as both shield and sword for freedom. To honor this milestone, Henry Repeating Arms proudly presents the Spirit of the Corps 250th Anniversary Tribute Edition Rifles – heirloom-quality firearms built to commemorate a quarter-millennium of valor, sacrifice, and service.

Made in Wisconsin with our undying gratitude expressed in every detail, these rifles feature intricate engravings and artwork that reflect one of the nation’s most storied fighting forces. They are built to be cherished, displayed, and passed down from generation to generation as heirlooms of service and pride.

Available in two different models:

Spirit of the Corps 250th Anniversary 2nd Edition .22 S/L/LR

Built on the award-winning, often-imitated, but never replicated Henry Golden Boy platform, this .22 S/L/LR lever-action captures the essence in an accessible rimfire package. Engravings are mechanically transferred from a hand-engraved master plate for incredible clarity, and highlights are brought forward with gleaming 24K gold plating. A polished nickel-plated brass buttplate and barrel band complement the receiver cover.

Engraving Highlights:

  • Right Side Receiver Cover: A powerful tribute to the modern era, featuring a Joint Light Tactical Vehicle, a V-22 Osprey aircraft, and the opening line of their Hymn, “From the halls of Montezuma.”
  • Left Side Receiver Cover: Continues the hymn with “To the shores of Tripoli,” and showcases vignettes from pivotal moments in history.
  • Buttstock: Valiant portraits through history guard the flag they fight for, engraved and painted in full color.
  • Forearm: A banner reads, “In The Air, On Land, And Sea.”

Spirit of the Corps 250th Anniversary Edition .45-70 Gov’t

For those who want both power and presence, the .45-70 Government version pairs a historic cartridge with fine artistry, making it the crown jewel of this tribute series. The receiver is milled from a solid piece of hardened brass, plated in nickel, and engraved with 24K gold highlights on both sides. For an additional upgrade in elegance, we’ve selected Semi-Fancy grade American Walnut for the stocks, which are capped off with a polished brass buttplate and forearm cap.

Engraving Highlights:

  • Right Side Receiver: An eagle and anchor in 24K gold surrounds the words, “In the Air, On Land, And Sea.”
  • Left Side Receiver: “Celebrating 250 Years” and the years 1775 – 2025 are engraved with a globe in the background.
  • Buttstock: In an abstract tribute to brotherhood and camaraderie, a crowd of hands hoists the flag of the United States of America in a show of resilience and patriotism.
