New Warranty Service Request Instructions
  1. To create a new HWS request, please click the “Click here to create a request” button.
  2. You will be directed to our Henry Warranty System where you can enter in all of your information in the “Customer Information” section. (Note: All fields with a red asterisk * are required fields. You will not be able to continue with the warranty process without this information)
  3. Scroll down to the “Service Information” section. Carefully enter in the Gun Model and Gun Serial for the Henry firearm you would like to send in for warranty service along with the ammunition used.
  4. Scroll down to the “Service Issue” section. In this section you will describe why your Henry firearm needs warranty service. Tell us whether it is a cosmetic, mechanical, or other issue by using the check boxes at the top of the section. Doing so will help us here at Henry determine the best way to service the firearm and get you back out to the range!
  5. The last thing to do is to carefully read our terms of service and agree to them by clicking the checkbox stating, “I hereby agree to these Terms of Service.” You must agree to our Terms of Service in order to continue with the HWS process.
  6. Please take the time to review your warranty service request and verify all the information is correct. Incorrect information will only cause a delay in the warranty service process.
  7. Once all the information is verified click the green “Submit” button on the bottom of your screen. Doing so will generate a unique HWS# and an access code that you can use below to log in and view the tracking information along with updates on the repair process. This information, along with other status updates, will be sent to the email address that was entered in the “Customer Information” section.
  8. You have successfully submitted your request for Henry’s Warranty Service. At this time the request will be reviewed by a Henry customer service representative. Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) for the request to be approved. Once approved you will get another email with a UPS shipping label attached. Please carefully read through the instructions in the email.

 

Existing Warranty Service Request Instructions
  1. To view a previously submitted HWS request, please open up the any of the emails you received upon submission of you HWS Request, and use the HWS# and Access Code in the appropriate fields below and Login.
  2. You have successfully logged in to your ticket! From here, you can view the status of your HWS Request, as well as where your firearm is in the warranty process.
