As always for many years, thank you for making a difference in my customers life’s.
You were kind enough to help us obtain Henrys for my grand kids Maggie and Wesley after last years NRA Annual Meeting. They had moved to Hawaii by the time the rifles arrived and with the Hawaiian gun laws we felt it best to not send them there. So, the kids are home in Georgia for a couple of weeks and here are some photos. They love the rifles and Wesley has fired his. He got off the airplane at 0730 and we were on the range by noon. He loves the peep site and the large lever.
We hope to get Maggie on the range soon. Thank you and Henry ever so much.
The personalized serial numbers will give them keepsakes to last a life time.
Mr. Imperato, This a photo of my grandson with my Henry 22 pump rifle. A great day at the range with a really fine and fun firearm. Thanks for your efforts in providing American made quality firearms
Every time I get another Henry Rifle, I truly believe that I have now gotten the most beautiful rifle that exists in the world. Then I get another, new Henry Rifle.
I now have the exact rifle that I would choose, if I could only own one rifle. With this, I can hunt, survive, or just have fun. And show off in front of friends.
Normally I have to experiment with different types and loads of ammo to find the one the rifle like best. So far – in my first and only shooting session with this Long Ranger – I have not found a load this rifle does not like. Everything is an inch or less at 100 yards.
Thank you Mr. Imperato, you just keep pushing against the upper limits of perfection!
I haven’t had a chance the past few months to ‘play’ with my Henry’s. I got this collection out to clean & realized I need to add their biggest brother to make it complete. Lol
Have a good day.
Mr. Imperato, I have had my Henry Long Ranger .243 for 3 weeks. Wow! The walnut furniture is absolutely gorgeous. I had planned on putting a scope on it. Now I don’t think so. The sights that came on it are just superb. I will use it as my “under 50 yards” gun. The accuracy is amazing. I am regularly getting 3 and 4 shot groups at 40 to 50 yards that fit into a 50-cent piece. Needless to say the craftsmanship
from Rice Lake is wonderful. Congratulate them for me.
Wanted to share a photo of my son Jesse and myself enjoying our Henry rifles at our home in the Blue Mountains near Sydney, Australia.
Thanks for making such fine traditional rifles – we absolutely love them, they get noticed everywhere down here in Aus.
Dear Mr. Imperato,
We certainly enjoyed NRA Atlanta and the highlight of our trip was getting to meet and chat with you in person. Each of us owns one or more Henry Firearms and all of us have an eye on a Henry (or 2) to add to our collections. Mine being the new .410 lever action as I’m a big fan of this bore and action. I’m curious if it is designed to fire .45 LC as well.
The first time I heard of a Henry Rifle, was in Louis L’amour books, many years ago. To meet and have our picture made with the owner and President of Henry Firearms, is an honor. 1997 was a good year when you and your Dad brought Henry back. We all appreciate what you stand for and especially your mission to rally our youth back into the shooting sport.
In 1999 I bought each of my sons, matching Henry .22LR Lever Action, and over the years we’ve shot 1000’s of rounds through these 2 rifles. Last weekend I had a big laugh with my boys when they each grabbed the Henry stickers, first from the pile of NRA stickers I brought home. My youngest (now 22 and a Marine at Camp Lejeune) said this one is going on the front of my guitar case. His older brother (now 26) proudly displays his, in his rear windshield.
The 4 retired retired law-enforcement officers from Greenville SC, wish you well, and invite you to look us up, if ever you are in our beautiful city, (about 2 hours north of Atlanta).
Greenville County Sheriff’s Office Retired (left to right): Dick Bennett, Mike Stroud, Dale McCard, FM Elliott
I can tell you some real true to life stories about these fellas as we share over 100 years of combined law enforcement together. Dale holds the record as the most skilled tactical shooter when he took out the rear tire of a robber’s van during a high speed chase on I-385 one night. The van was traveling out of Greenville (on the in-bound lanes). Dale cranked down the passenger window (1981 Chevy Malibu), released his shotgun (which required driving with a knee, pushing the release button with his left hand and releasing the gun with his right), then with right hand only, racked a round onto his 870, fired (one handed)through the passenger window, flattening the tire, bringing the 100+mph chase to a halt.
Recently I ordered a personalized receiver cover for my Golden Boy ( model no. H004M ) . Today I received it and immediately installed it. Boy was I supersized. It is even better than I expected. The quality matches the rifle in every way. 100% satisfied.
Thanks for a truly great gun that has just been made greater.
I received my personalized cover to day and was blown away, it is to say the very least GREAT thank you very much, your work is beyond
Personalized Henry Golden Boy Cover, Inscription: CAN’T NEVER COULD Joseph Wayne Cashion Jr. Thank You Lord for a great LIFE
I just wanted to thank you again for making my Henry experience a memorable event.
My wife Jessica and I had her parents over today to start our family’s weekend celebration for Mother’s Day. My father in-law is a well read and educated man who’s most favorite time period in our American Heritage is the Civil War era. You should have seen his face when I brought out my Henry, let alone the rest of the family’s reaction to such a fine piece of art…everyone in the family just wanted to have their own moment to experience what is was to hold one of these rifles…not that I needed any help with my in-laws in the first
place, but tonight my Henry caught everyone’s attention and for hours we just sat around talking about the Civil War and the letter I wrote to the President of Henry Repeating Arms a few weeks ago.
I appreciate your giving of your time to answer my letter and making my Henry experience so memorable. Please send me a contact
information for the 2017 Henry 1000 man shoot, as I am ready to pledge my participation in this upcoming event right now. Once again,
thank you for everything you and Henry has done for me.
I have attached a photo of mself and my Henry, as promised.
Well, the Big Boy .357 definitely came through for me, Anthony. I’m thrilled to have been able to bag this animal (see attached photo) with that rifle.
Thanks for the photo and autograph. This was our first NRA convention, but it won’t be our last. I have a .44 Magnum Big Boy, and next we’ll be getting a .357 Mares Leg for Linda. Here’s the pic.
I recently went on a Pig hunt ( 5-11-17 ) and used a Henry Big Boy in 44mag…. I only took 1 shot and it was down…Great rifle… the
attachment is a photo of the Pig and me with a GRIN from ear to ear…
I know you must get tons of thank you emails. This one is a bit different.
My father John, passed away last september 10, 2016. In the months preceding his death, as his health declined, he began talking to me
about one of his long past desires, to own and shoot a “John Wayne western style lever action rifle”. I immediately began to research
this, and the first hits that came up were for Henry Firearms. I quickly emailed for a catalog, and we went through it. He picked out
immediately which one he wanted, the Golden Boy 22LR.
Having never purchased a firearm before, I found a friend that is an FFL dealer, and he walked me thorough the process to obtain my
permit to purchase (which took longer than I hoped), and eventually ordered it through him. I have attached the pictures that were taken
when my dad finally got to open it. It was like the end of “The Christmas Story” when Ralphie finally got to open his Red Ryder BB Gun.
The smile on his face brought back to us who my dad used to be before his illness got worse.
One of his last wishes was to have the rifle personalized. I immediately put in the order for the personalized receiver cover, then saw
the lead times. I emailed customer service offering to pay any and all rush charges to get this in his hands ASAP so he could see it. I
received an email from you directly indicating that it would be down and out the door as soon as possible. In the mean time, you sent a
box with a couple hats, mugs and stuff. He loved that! He was declining fast, and ended up back in the hospital.
The receiver cover arrived at my house the day after he passed away. It was like a little gift from dad to me and my kids. I can’t
thank you enough for the thoughtfulness you and your team put into trying to make my dad’s last days a little more enjoyable.
It was a while before I was able to take the rifle out and shoot it for the first time. It was at a farm that belonged to a college
friend of his that I met at dad’s funeral party. I said a little prayer of thanks to God for Dad, and that first shot out of the Golden
Boy was dead center on the tannerite target. A loud whoomp put a big smile on my face, just as I know dad was smiling as he helped me
aim true for that first shot.
Since then many folks have shot that rifle in tribute to dad, and I don’t think anyone has actually missed that first shot. Its so
smooth and accurate, even for a rookie like me.
Thank you again, I will forever be a Henry fan, as will everyone I tell this story too. Even my brother in law, a long time shooter and
collector said “I have never liked lever actions, but I think I’ll have to make an exception on my next buy.” I’ll be sure to show him
the single shot options too 🙂
Good morning! It was great to see you at the NRA Annual meeting this past week in Atlanta. This is the picture I took with you and the NRA Youth Ambassadors at the Annual meeting. Thanks for your support of the NRA and the Boy Scouts of America.
I know with your very busy schedule you do not recall our emails last fall, but I did send you an email stating we purchased a Golden Boy Silver to go with the rest of our Henry inventory and how nicely it is manufactured. I mentioned we would send photos next time we go shooting in the desert since we live in the Tucson, Arizona area. Unfortunately we did not get to go shooting for various reasons until today and we took out the Silver for the first time. Outstanding to shoot with! As an added note, we went out with 4 firearms, including the Henry, but came home with 5!!! How is that accomplished? We stopped by Dick’s Sporing Goods and purchased one of your U.S. Survival .22’s. Our Henry collection is growing! Hope you get a kick out of the photos with our great Henry caps and Silver.
I am following up with you from meeting you at the NRA Convention in Atlanta. I am the one that told you I have your H001 and my brother has the 45/70 rifle. It was a pleasure meeting you. Again, thanks for making your products in the USA.
Picture of me with my new Henry Golden Boy, love the gun !!!awsome workmanship, beauty to hold and shoot !!! Highly recommened to all my gun friends here in Newfoundland , Canada thank you
Just wanted to say it was a pleasure meeting you in Atlanta this past weekend. It was great to see the entire Henry lineup in person. We sure enjoy ours.
Please see attached photo of me and my new Henry .410 Lever Action Shotgun that I bought today at Green Top Sporting Goods in Glen Allen, Virginia. I had asked them last year about getting one as soon as I heard Henry was starting to make the .410 lever action. Green Top Sporting Goods called me a couple of days ago and said one (1) and only one of the Henry .410s came into the store. I told them to put my name on it – “SOLD”. I picked it up today and was very impressed with the workmanship and quality of the gun. It is a fantastic firearm! I am proud to say I now own three Henrys. Again, this .410 is of high quality craftsmanship and well worth the cost. I do a lot of big and small game hunting. I use .410s for all small game hunting such as dove, rabbit, squirrel, quail, etc. and for skeet shooting. This Henry .410 will be a great addition to my choice of field guns. Looking forward to shooting and hunting with this “MADE IN AMERICA” precision firearm.
I hope others see the picture and buy one, they will not regret the purchase. What a great multipurpose weapon for shooting and hunting. Thanks to Henry Repeating Arms for producing this and other fine firearms.
For Christmas this year my family got me a Henry 3030 Brass Octagon (H009B) which, not only have I always admired and wanted, but absolutely love.
It is by far the most enjoyable gun I have ever owned and is one of the most nostalgic and beautiful guns ever made.
Dear Mr. Imperato,
My name is Matthew D. Barnes and I am now the proud owner of the Henry 30/30. I am a Medically Retired Sergeant of the United States Army and I want to thank you and everyone at Henry Repeating Arms for the outstanding work that you all do! Ever since buying my Henry it has become my every day carry rifle and my truck gun. The quality is unmatched by all. God bless you all and god bless America. This veteran loves all of you at Henry.
