Customer Letters

Anthony,

Thanks so much for your help and quick response. Not only does your company make a fine firearm, but you have confirmed what so many people online were saying: that your company also has great customer service! It seems that a lot of other American companies could learn something from the way your company conducts business. Thank you again and keep up the good work!

I have a Henry Big Boy lever action 44 mag. LOVE IT

Dear Mr. Imperato and Henry Repeating Arms,

I recently purchased your Henry Lever Action .22 Octagon Frontier rifle, and I have to say I could not be more pleased with my purchase. The smooth action, balanced weight and classic design set the standards for .22 rifles. I own several other .22 rifles, but yours quickly took over and now places first on my list in every category. You truly make an outstanding product.

These days, many people unfortunately believe that, as long as product costs stay down, customer service can be neglected or outsourced. I am proud to purchase from a company who doesn’t succumb to this philosophy. Customer service is a defining characteristic of a company and helps to solidify a relationship of trust with customers. Henry Repeating Arms understands this, and it’s refreshing to know that there are companies out there that still care about the customer before and after they buy a product.

I think our country is fortunate to have your company set such an example, all while delivering top-quality firearms at very affordable prices. So, I guess what I’m trying to say is…Thank you!

Respectfully,

Ben Jester

Anthony, here is a photo of our Honor Guard after a practice session for our officers. The Rifles are a big hit and get plenty of attention from the spectators. Our Honor Guard posts colors at ceremonial events and services for fallen officers. Your firearms make quite a statement and give us the most admired wildlife enforcement unit in the US. Thank you for your support to our shooting and hunting heritage.

I will be retiring after 30 years as a Colorado Game Warden, so Eric Harper will be a contact for our agency and continue to forward photos of our guard and the Henry Big Bores in service.

Sincerely,

Jay Sarason Chief of Law Enforcement / Colorado Division of Wildlife Colorado

I used to think the lever action old cowboy guns were boring so i bought guns like AR 15’s. When i held a henry up close I saw how it was a beautiful wood stock and super smooth so I went on ur website and read all the customer letters and the history of ur rifles, Now my Henry is my favorite of all of my guns. Thank you for making such a great quality gun thats so affordable! I’ll be looking to buy 1 Henry of each caliber eventually.

Anthony, I am 73 yrs. old and have had many guns over the years. but I have to say, my newly purchased Hoo1 is the smoothest operating rifle i have ever owned. Thanks for a great product, God bless American Quality, We are still the greatest country in the world.

You have one HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I picked up my Henry Frontier .22 Mag and my Mare’s Leg from my dealer today. The wood on the mag is beautiful, and I’ll be popping some prairie dogs with it soon. The Mare’s Leg was the unexpected treat. Serial # 0002 ! I’m beside myself, and the guys at the gun shop were turning green with envy and starting to make offers if I’d sell it. I’ve never experienced customer service like yours. Please call on me if you need any customer testimonials in the future. And besides all that, my old Henry .22 lever gun I’ve had for years shoots great.

Kindest regards,

Anthony:

I shot this big old sow yesterday. This is the biggest one I’ve ever taken, at about 325-350lbs.
The Henry 30/30 did the job to perfection, dropping her with one shot as she ambled past at about 80-90 yards.

By the way, the rifle will print Hornady LeverRevolution ammo (3 shots) into just over 5/8ths inch at 100yd.

Thanks again,

John Isoldi

Thanks, I own a .22 golden boy!!! What a wonderful rifle!!!! Accurate, smooth action, a pleasure to shoot. By far the best .22 I have ever owned.

Sir, Ever since my early Marine Corps career I have wanted to own the finest rifle made in the U.S., The Henry. Now, retired from the Corps I have purchased three Henry Rifles…The Big Boy .44 mag, Golden Boy .22 and The Mare’s Leg. These Henry Rifles are the finest ‘civilian’ firearms I have ever found.

Thank you for the quality and the tradition.
